1. Introduction
Nazzone Media and Advertising W.L.L. ("Nazzone," "we," "us," or "our") provides lead generation services for businesses operating in the auto insurance, health insurance, real estate, and logistics/transportation industries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, interact with our intake forms, or when we generate leads on behalf of our Clients ("Clients").
This policy applies to two groups of people: (1) visitors to our website and prospective Clients who contact us about our Services, and (2) consumers ("Consumers") whose information we collect through lead generation campaigns run on behalf of our Clients. Where the two are treated differently, this is noted below.
By using our website or submitting information through any of our forms, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information to us.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
- Business information (company name, licensing details, industry, region of operation) if you are a prospective or current Client
- Consumer intake details relevant to the applicable vertical — for example, age, income range, plan-type preference, and eligibility details for health insurance leads; budget, timeline, and property type for real estate leads; vehicle and renewal information for auto insurance leads; or freight volume, lane, and shipment details for logistics leads
- Consent records related to how and when contact information was collected
- Any information you submit through contact forms, chat, or email correspondence
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, our service providers and we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and clickstream data
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6 below)
2.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from advertising partners, data verification services, and marketing platforms used to build and qualify lead campaigns, consistent with the consent obtained at the point of original collection.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate, verify, and qualify leads on behalf of our Clients
- Deliver leads to Clients through our dashboard, CRM integrations, or live call transfer
- Maintain consent and audit records to support Client compliance obligations
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and Services
- Communicate with prospective and current Clients about our Services, campaigns, and account matters
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our website or contact channels
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our Services
We do not use Consumer information collected through lead campaigns for purposes beyond what is disclosed to the Consumer at the point of collection and what is necessary to deliver a qualified lead to the relevant Client.
4. How We Share Information
4.1 With Clients. Where you have submitted your information through a lead intake form (for example, requesting an auto insurance quote or health insurance information), we share your relevant contact and qualification details with the Client(s) whose campaign generated the lead, consistent with the exclusivity terms of that campaign.
4.2 With Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who support our operations, including hosting providers, CRM and dashboard platforms, phone verification services, analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
4.3 For Legal Reasons. We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nazzone, our Clients, or others.
4.4 Business Transfers. If Nazzone is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4.5 We Do Not Sell Leads to Multiple Buyers Without Disclosure. Where a campaign is designated as exclusive, we do not sell the same Consumer contact to more than one Client for the same product vertical within the exclusivity period specified in the applicable Client agreement.
We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
5. Consent and Communications
Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent from Consumers prior to sharing their contact information with a Client or initiating contact on a Client's behalf. Consent records — including the source, timestamp, and method of collection — are retained to support compliance and audit requirements.
If you no longer wish to receive communications from us or from a Client who received your information through our platform, you may opt out by:
- Following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email or message you receive
- Contacting us directly using the details in Section 12
- Contacting the relevant Client directly, if you know which business you were referred to
Please note that opting out of communications from Nazzone does not automatically opt you out of communications from a Client who already received your lead information prior to your request; we recommend contacting that Client directly as well.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to:
- Operate core website functionality
- Understand how visitors use our site and improve performance
- Support advertising and campaign attribution, including measuring which sources generate qualified leads
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website, including form submissions.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- The duration necessary to deliver a lead and support any applicable replacement or dispute window under a Client agreement
- The period required to maintain consent and compliance records under applicable law
- Any additional period necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes access controls on our dashboard and CRM systems, and verification steps built into our lead intake process.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data security incident affecting your personal information, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law, including notification where required.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific statutory privacy rights (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or US states with comprehensive privacy laws), those rights apply to the extent required by the applicable law, and we will honor requests accordingly.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
